Our Story
Founded in 1990,
TransAction Associates
launched the eCommuter program in 2004. A customized commuter platform, eCommuter serves our clients with online carpool ridematching. It was one of the first databases of its kind to be used in Massachusetts.
Today, eCommuter has evolved to offer a robust set of online commuter tools including services such as Emergency Ride Home, competitive online commuter challenges, as well as personalized bike route and transit planning. Our development team continuously strives to improve eCommuter's functionality and broaden its application for commuter program administration and management.
